There are a lot of things that happen in our lives that can contribute to the breasts sagging, and if you have this problem, you are not alone! While we cannot fight aging and life in general, it’s still possible to prevent sagging breasts! Check out a few tips for coping with sagging breasts without surgery!
1. Don’t smoke
If you are trying to prevent sagging breasts, the main thing to remember is to never start or stop smoking! Just like smoking causes wrinkles it can cause sagging breasts.
It causes skin to lose its flexibility and elasticity over time. Although the effects of smoking might not be immediate, with the lapse of time you will start to see changes in your skin.
2. Maintain a steady weight
When you are coping with sagging breasts, another best thing you can do is to keep steady weight. Remember, yo-yo dieting is not good for your health so it’s best to maintain a steady weight or aim for a steady and slow weight loss. Part of the fat in your breasts can change in appearance when you gain or lose weight and that results in stretching the skin.
3. Support your breasts with a proper sports bra when exercising
When you exercise, support your breasts with a proper sports bra. Running can cause lots of bounce and tear on the supporting ligaments in your breasts. That’s why it’s so important to support your breasts with a good sports bra if you want to prevent sagging.
4. Make self-massage
If you are dealing with sagging breasts, self-massage can do wonders! It can help to release stagnant fluids that can help reshape and give your breasts a lift! Try to give yourself a healthy breast massage on a regular basis.
5. Have good posture
Good posture will not only help you to look slimmer and more confident, but it can also make your breasts look perkier! Practice standing and sitting up straight, because if you slouch, your breasts look droopier and you don’t look self-assured!
6. Use weights
Well, another way you can prevent sagging and keep your breasts pert is to use weights. I usually take two dumbbells between 2-5 pounds and hold them in my hands and down by my side, then I lift up my hands like a bird flapping its wings. You can try this exercise too.
7. Do push-ups
I know push-ups can be hard to do, but this is a great exercise to tone up your upper body and it can firm up sagging breasts! If you are not used to doing push-ups, start with doing them with your knees down for support. This exercise can help to build the muscle behind your breast tissue that will boost your breasts.
You can take these steps to prevent sagging breasts or just give your breasts a lift. Do you know any other ways to prevent sagging breasts? Share your tips, please.1
