In summer you’ll be wearing shorts and bathing suit, which will reveal the hard-to-reach inner thigh area! To have long lean thighs and shapely sculpted legs you should work for it. Follow these great ways to tone your thighs and you will get the legs you’ve always wanted!
1. Stay away from fried and processed food
Make sure you eat healthy, and avoid or limit fried food, if you want to get toned lean thighs. Try to broil your meals and if possible choose the whole food and stay away from processed food. Remember the following rule, if you can’t pronounce most of the ingredients on food labels, then choose something else, since it’s usually unhealthy!
2. Eat fruits and veggies
Make sure you eat plenty of fruits and veggies every day. By eating them you’ll reach your daily soluble fibre intake, increase your metabolism, improve immune system and tone your thighs! Spread organic peanut butter on apple slices to curb your appetite between meals as well as have some protein!
3. Do lunges
Stand with the right leg in front of the left leg and the toes pointed straight ahead. Tuck your chin, pull in your belly towards your spine, squeeze your butt and tighten your thighs. Extend your arms out to the sides, keeping your elbows tight against your waist and palms facing forward. Now bend your knees to lower your body towards the floor in a lunge position. Bend your elbows and raise your forearms with your palms facing your shoulder. Extend your elbows and lower your forearms to the starting position as you rise up from your lunge. Do 2 sets of 18.
4. Do the seated leg lift exercise
While watching your favorite movie, just raise your calf keeping it in line with your thigh, and alternate legs for 10 raises on each side. Do 3 sets of 10. Elevating your heart rate for at least 30 seconds at a time will allow your body to burn even more calories during the day!
5. Do plié squats
Stand with your feet a bit more than shoulder-width apart. Place your feet in V position, and lower your butt towards the floor as if you do a normal squat and go down as far as you can. Hold that position for 5 seconds. Do 2 sets of 12 reps to get perfect thighs!
6. Perform a mountain climber
Mountain climber is one of the best ways to tone your thighs! It can be done on the ground or on the wall. Place hands on the ground or wall, keep your arms straight, and lean your body at an angle. Now step forward with your right foot and quickly switch your feet bringing your left foot forward and your right foot back. Perform for at least 3 minutes to tone your stomach, butt and your thighs!

7. Take the stairs
Avoid taking the elevator and take the stairs to tone your thighs. Even until the last month of my pregnancy I didn’t take the elevator, I used my legs and that’s why my thighs stayed firm and toned. Go up the stairs quickly and you’ll see how it’s working!
