Although many people hate the taste of sage, it’s one of my favorite herbs that help me fight breakouts. Sage is incredibly calming and it can instantly reduce inflammation and stress. It is a great antibacterial herb that fights bacteria that leads to acne and illness.
You can consume it dried or fresh, but if you opt for a dried sage, make sure you use a little and choose rubbed sage. You can add sage to stews, soups, or any savory dish.
