Pairing up with your friend can also help you to keep your New Year’s resolutions. Perhaps your resolution is to work out each day and you have a friend who has the same goal. So, why not plan to work out together? This way, you will know that you can’t let your friend down and you will be more motivated and encouraged to stay tough.
7. Break your resolution down into small pieces
In case your New Year’s resolution seems large and overwhelming, break it down into small pieces. You can set a goal of achieving a certain part of it by a certain time. If it takes a while, it’s okay. The most important thing is that you’re working toward your goal.
