1. Make a schedule
When you are burned out you may think that your whole world is crashing and there’s no escape. Just stop for a while and take a clear look at what you have to do. Making a schedule is a great way to do this.
Try to plan out every day to know what you should do and when you have to do it. It’ll give you the confidence that you’ll be able to accomplish everything in time and give a detailed view of what you’re stressed about.
2. Do something for yourself
When you feel overwhelmed, it’s vital not to overlook your needs. When you’re constantly taking care of your family and thinking about your work, you might be forgetting that you need some quality time for yourself. Forget about your troubles for a while and do something that makes you really happy.
3. Practice yoga
When you’re burned out, yoga is another best thing you can do to feel better. Yoga improves your soul, mind, and body. For your overworked mind and body, yoga can be a perfect solution. If you’re feeling burned out, do some yoga to let go of the stresses you are carrying around.

Most people overlook napping as a great solution to burnout. You might be overwhelmed with so much to do you think you don’t have any free time to snatch a nap. However, if you’re feeling burned out, the best thing to do is to nap and refresh yourself. You’ll feel much better and will have the energy to get your work done even better.
6. Watch your favorite movie
Watching a movie is one of the best ways to cope with burnout. You might forget about your problems and worries for a few hours and enjoy your favorite movie snuggling on your couch, eating some fruits, and living vicariously through fictional characters.
7. It’s not as bad as you think
When you are burned out, it’s very important to realize that your situation is not as bad as you think. Just take a deep breath and compose yourself! You can cope with burnout if you pull yourself together and put a new perspective on the situation.
