In winter it’s easier to hide the muffin top in bulky sweaters, but in summer it’s difficult to hide it in a bikini! There are many exercises for a slim waist, but many of them are hard to do. I’ve got a list of the 8 best exercises to slim your waist that will give you to little waist you want!
1. Running, jogging, walking
When you burn calories, you have the potential to slim your waist, and a great exercise would be running. If running is hard for you, then opt for jogging or fast walking. Get the right pair of running shoes and keep track of your progress!
2. Bosu ball
The Bosu ball makes exercise extra challenging. With a rubber dome on one side and a flat platform on the other, this ball adds an element of inconstancy to your workout, forcing you to engage your core to stay steady. Bosu ball exercises will help to slim your waist!
3. Leg raises
Leg raises is another exercise to slim your waist. Lie flat on the floor with your hands flat at your sides and your legs together. Raise your feet, keep your knees straight, and hold them 30 seconds or a minute.

7. Plank
Lie face down on the floor with your body straight. Keep your elbows and your legs together.
Hold your body as straight as possible, keep the plank position for at least a minute. But try not to poke your butt in the air.
8. Biking
Finally, biking is another great exercise to slim your waist. No matter whether you are using a traditional or stationary bike, or you are doing bicycles in the air on your back. The trick to doing the bicycles in the air is to use a twist motion, bringing your right elbow to your left knee during the cycle motion, and then bringing your left elbow to your right knee.
