1. Lemon cake
For this diet-friendly dessert you will need 1 box of lemon cake mix (use only the powder, do not add anything), ¾ cup of lemon non-fat Greek yogurt, and 1 can of crushed pineapple in pineapple juice.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line 9×13” inch baking pan.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and make sure they are totally blended.
Don’t worry if the batter will be thick, it’s good. Pour your batter into pan and put it into your oven for about 35-40 minutes.
