Need to know some useful tips on how to motivate yourself to exercise every day? I have a lot of great tips for you! I motivate myself to work out on a daily basis, even during my busiest times. 1. Make exercise a part of your life
Last week my boyfriend asked me to go on a date night and I suggested to him a long run followed by a warm shower and then a romantic dinner. He really liked my idea and we had an awesome date! Exercise is a vital part of my life, that’s why I work out every single day! Try to make exercise a part of your lifestyle and you will also get motivated to work out on a daily basis!
2. Exercise early in the morning
Okay, I know how it’s hard to wake up early in the morning and go for a run, but you have to do it! Seriously, ladies, exercising early is one of the best ways to stay on track. So if your schedule allows, work out early in the morning. This is a healthy habit to develop!

3. Put on your workout clothes
Stop debating on an afternoon workout routine! Put on your workout clothes so you can motivate yourself to get out the door for a run. Stop making excuses to avoid exercising! Keep in mind that you can do anything you just need to push yourself!
4. Buy a new workout outfit
While this doesn’t work for everybody, getting a new workout outfit can help you to feel motivated to work out in it. When I get new fitness shorts or top this really helps to motivate me. You don’t have to break the budget, just find the clearance sales on sporting goods and get some awesome buys!
5. Make it a non-negotiable appointment
Be honest, ladies! Do you skip brushing your teeth? If your answer is never, can you tell why? Because you take care of your teeth, right?!
Now, take care of your body and get your exercise at least 4-6 days a week. Make exercise a part of your everyday routine just like keeping your teeth clean and healthy!
6. Post your workout schedule in a visible area
If you post your workout schedule in a visible area, this will be a constant reminder of your goal. If you are a beginner, make sure your fitness schedule allows for at least one day’s rest so your body will have a chance to recover. Also, make sure your schedule is attainable so that you can stick with it.

7. Register for a fitness event
Register for a running, swimming, biking, or any other fitness event and you’ll get extra motivation because you have to train for something. When you complete this fitness event you’ll have a new personal accomplishment! You can also invite your friend or boyfriend to do the event together!
