All children, teens and adults love to jump! Skipping-rope is still a favorite entertainment of many people. It’s fun and it really helps us to burn calories and shed body fat. In the sport it’s called “plyometric exercises”. You may do the burpee or jump lunges and jump squat. Jump every day for faster results.
An hour of jumping can help you lose up to 700 calories! However, don’t hurry to start right now! Jumping is not as easy as you think. You will see that even 5 minutes of such exercises are tiresome. Start with 50 jumps and gradually enhance the amount till you are able to jump at least 15 minutes. I usually do 3 or 4 sets during the day and it help me stay fit.
The main point in jumping is to breathe evenly. Inhale with your nose and exhale with your mouth. Jumping will not only burns fat but also increase the endurance of your body. If you use a skipping rope, make sure that the hops are frequent and with low amplitude. Ask you sister or friend to jump with you. Emulative spirit will make your trainings even more effective, not to mention fun that you are going to have!
