Not-6pm-right-after-dinner early, but, at a decent hour. Get a good night’s sleep. Then wake up at the crack of dawn (or before) and go shopping. It will help burn off all those extra calories. Numerous studies show that people who get enough sleep (7-8 hours) each night lose weight faster than those who sleep less than 6 hours per night. Try meditation and yoga to fall asleep faster and sleep better.
Thanksgiving is about traditional meals, yes, but it’s all about the family time as well.
