Chapped, faded, torn, or dry lips make any woman look undesirable. And any amount of gloss or lipstick can cover badly maintained lips. Check out a few best ways to maintain baby soft pink lips. They will definitely help you out.

1. Choose the correct lip balm

To prevent chapping and drying of lips, you should always keep them moisturized and hydrated. Choose the right lip balm and make sure you apply it frequently.

Opt for lip balms with such moisturizing ingredients as aloe and vitamin E. Many lip balms also come with such antioxidants as vitamins E and C.

2. Apply milk cream and butter

Applying the unsalted and pure form of butter on your lips and massaging them will help to moisturize your lips. Applying a chilled milk cream on your lips can help prevent dryness. Just dab some onto your lips and after an hour or so wash it off.

Try to do these procedures on a regular basis and you’ll have soft lips within no time. I also apply almond oil to my lips and it works great for me.

3. Exfoliate lips regularly

Exfoliation is not only a must for good and healthy skin, but it’s also a necessity for soft kissable lips. Exfoliate your lips with a little sea salt or sugar if they’re not cracked. One of the cheapest and easiest ways to make your lips soft is to massage gently them with a clean toothbrush.

Use olive oil or any oil you’re comfortable with and massage salt or sugar onto your lips in a circular motion and wipe clean. Don’t forget to apply a lip balm after exfoliating.

4. Use pomegranate juice

If you want to lighten the shade of your dark lips, try to use pomegranate juice. Just mix 1/2 teaspoon beetroot juice with 1/2 teaspoon of pomegranate juice and then apply it to your lips. Do this procedure regularly and it will help lighten your dark-colored lips.

5. Use rose petals and orange peels

If you want to make your lips pink, use rose petals or orange peels. Soak some rose petals in milk for an hour, make a paste of them, and then add a few drops of glycerin and honey to it.

Dab it on your lips for 15 minutes and gently rub off your lips with milk. You can also use orange peels to lighten the dark skin tone of your lips.

6. Eat more vitamins A and B

You know for having glowing and healthy skin you should have a healthy diet. An unhealthy diet and smoking destroy the quality of your lips.
