3. Pay attention to what you eat

When you are trying to cope with excessive sweating, you should pay attention to what you eat. Foods rich in the mineral silicon and vitamin B can help you regulate sweating, so try eating cucumbers, strawberries, apples, almonds, spinach, Romaine lettuce, eggs, pork, and turkey.
