3. Pesto grilled chicken sandwich
You can try this sandwich in restaurant style if you want to get a lot of phytonutrients, protein, fiber and of course plenty of taste. Such great lunch as grilled chicken helps you curb the appetite for the long day. And enjoy the healthy food!
You will need: 1 6 ounce grilled chicken, 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 1 slice of onion, 1 slice of tomato, 1 teaspoon of pesto sauce, and 1 slice of romaine.
Grill your chicken on stovetop grill pan or on grill. Toast slices of bread. When the chicken is cooked, remove it from grill and put on toasted bread.
Lay pesto across the bread, put tomato, slice of romaine lettuce and onion. Lay the last slice of bread and enjoy!
