4. Apple, carrot, beetroot, cucumber and celery juice

Take 1 apple, 4 to 5 carrots, half a cucumber, half a beetroot, and 1 celery. Wash all these items in running water and peel them. Now chop and blend them. To make your juice a little spicier you can add some ginger.
