3. Vegetable juice
Take 2 celery, 2 or 3 carrots, 2 beets, half a cabbage, 3 kale leaves, half an onion, 2 or 3 garlic cloves, some parsley, half spinach bunch, and 1 turnip. Wash everything in running water, boil vegetables and blend them. Wait until it cools down and enjoy this juice.
This healthy juice detoxifies your body. You can have it as a soup too. Just add some spices and serve it hot.
