2. Carrot, celery and apple juice
Take 2 carrots, 2 or 3 apples, 2 celery sticks, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Wash carrots thoroughly, peel or scrub them and cut them into pieces.
Use an apple corer to core the apples and wash them in running water. Now put the celery, carrots and apples in a mixer and add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
Make sure everything is blended properly, and then pour juice in a glass and add cracked ice. This is a refreshing and low calorie juice!
