You will need 2,8 oz of cold low fat yogurt (vanilla or unflavored), 1 cup of cold low fat milk,1 tbsp of honey, 1 passion fruit and 1 mango. Start with cleaning and slicing passion fruit and mango.

2. Homemade Soda

Ditching the sodas and other sugary drinks is a challenging task, especially for me. But I found a healthy and tasty way to do it. I make my own homemade soda that contains no chemicals, added sugars, and calories.

Grab naturally carbonated mineral water or seltzer and three fresh fruit juices you like. Add some crushed ice to a tall glass, fill the first quarter with one juice, the second with another juice, and the third quarter with the third juice.

Add seltzer or mineral water and enjoy! I usually use grape, cranberry and pineapple juices for my homemade soda.
