10. Eat more greens daily
Whether you want to lose weight or improve your health, you should incorporate more greens into your daily diet. Greens contain essential vitamins and minerals your body needs.
You may not like the taste of most vegetables, but you don’t have to eat them raw. Add them to your omelet, green smoothies, salads, wraps and sandwiches.
A research has shown that eating vegetables each day adds two years to your life. I think that’s a good reason to munch on greens.
Developing healthy habits when you’re young is always a good idea. Sure, these are just a few important fitness habits and there are many other habits to adopt.
