2. Vegan banana peanut butter ice cream
This is one of the easiest diet-friendly desserts to satisfy your sweet tooth! You will need only 2 bananas and 1 tbsp. of creamy peanut butter. Peel bananas and slice into disks.
Cover the dish with waxed paper and spread the slices out on it. Put them in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Then blend peanut butter and frozen banana slices in a blender or food processor until creamy.
