So include in your diet fiber-rich fruits and vegetables, high protein and high fiber grains like oatmeal and quinoa, flaxseeds, no sugar added dried fruits, hemp seeds and chia seeds, unsweetened shredded coconut, and be sure to stay hydrated. Some other good remedies include taking a magnesium supplement before bed, adding psyllium husk powder to your smoothies, and consuming juices and smoothies whenever possible.
