6. Leg lifting
Leg lifting is an easy 5-10 minute workout that helps to strengthen and tighten your butt and legs.
Lie on your back, legs straight, hands flat on the ground, raise one leg straight in the air without bending your knee, then raise your hips off the ground, hold this position for 5 (or more) seconds.
Repeat 10 to 15 reps per leg.
