Put a cup of frozen fruit into your blender, add a scoop of low-fat Greek yogurt and enough skimmed milk to cover the fruit. Blend the mixture and glug it down. Bananas, strawberries, mango, kiwis, peaches and watermelon are good options to try in any combination.
