One of the cheapest and easiest ways to make your lips soft is to massage gently them with a clean toothbrush. Use olive oil or any oil you’re comfortable with and massage salt or sugar onto your lips in a circular motion and wipe clean. Don’t forget to apply a lip balm after exfoliating.
