1. Nuts

One of the best healthy snacks to eat on-the-go is nuts. They are tasty and a great source of protein! Take along a bag of mixed nuts, with some almonds and good Brazil nuts in the mix. Peanuts might be least healthy for you, but several peanuts would be much better than a junk food, right?
