When it comes to weight loss your sleep really matters. As a rule, those people who sleep little tend to eat more because their appetite increases. It’s so difficult for me to resist a temptation to consume my favorite foods when I suffer from insomnia.

I usually put on weight and it results in my frustration. To avoid this it’s better to go to bed earlier. Don’t spend so much time awake, sleep more.
