You must escape many well-known exercises, because doing them you can receive injuries. 1. Semiautomatic bench press machine

Bench press machine, also called “Smith” machine, is a metal construction with a rod you can move up and down. You may think that bench press machine is better than regular bench press, but you’re quite wrong! At gym, trainers always suggest traditional way of doing this exercise, it’s much effective, and your joints suffer less than while exercising on the bench press machine. The designers of this machine didn’t think about human body that can be asymmetric and that one arm may be shorter than the other. You should remember that pain or stress in your back means that you’re doing the exercise in a wrong way or this exercise isn’t for you.

6. Machine flyes (pec deck) exercises

Machine flyes exercises helps to build impressive chest, but there is also a high risk to get injuries.
